Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Fermanagh Lakeland Forum are currently offering a limited number of services.  This is under constant review and as other facilities reawaken we will keep you informed of any additional services.

Our Swimming Pool facility is open and available to book for individual sessions.

We hope to offer full facilities soon!

 

We have introduced a booking system for our Swimming Pool. Sessions are required to be pre booked. Bookings may be made by members and non-members alike, simple register an online booking account to book your session.

Swimming Pool Bookable Time Slots

  • All visitors attending the centre for a swim must book beforehand.
  • Customers can book online if they are coming as individuals if you are coming with family members who don’t have log in details it is best to ring into the Centre.
  • Customers must not arrive more than 10 minutes before their allocated swimming time – sessions will last a maximum of 60 minutes.
  • Members attending the centre must have their member card with them and use on the turnstile to gain access.
  • Pay as you go customers must report to and sign in at reception before being allowed access.

Guidance for customers attending the Swimming Pool

Changing Rooms:

  • Whilst in the centre, to keep yourself and others safe, you must always maintain appropriate social distancing at all times.
  • Please use all available hand hygiene stations provided throughout the centre.
  • Please arrive ready to swim and wear your swimwear underneath your clothes to the swimming pool.
  • Please reduce the amount of time spent in the changing rooms and only use the showers to rinse.
  • If using the showers/toilet/washbasin facilities, please only use those made available and abide by social distancing measures to keep yourself and others safe at all times.
  • Please only use the allocated lockers available.
  • Whilst changing please keep a distance between yourself and others and abide by the signage on the benches.

Swimming Pool:

  • Entry and Exit to the swimming pool will work on a one-way system, with entry via the steps at the shallow end (right-hand side of pool) and exits from the left-hand side of the pool. Please look out for and follow signage at all times.
  • The swimming pool will be separated into 3 lanes, with a maximum of 20 in the pool.
  • All Bathers in these lanes will be expected to swim in a clockwise direction - following the directional signage at all times.
  • No overtaking is permitted whilst swimming in these swimming lanes.
  • If resting at the end of the swimming lane, please maintain a distance from others and stand off to the side to allow for safe passing.
  • Please remain in the swimming pool at all times during your swim.
  • No diving is allowed at any time in any area of the swimming pool.
  • Butterfly stroke is not permitted whilst swimming in the swimming lanes.
  • Water fountains will not be in use and therefore you must bring your own individual water bottles with you if you require a drink during your session (Only plastic water bottles allowed).
  • Swimming aid’s and equipment will still be made available and are allowed. Please use only your equipment and do not share these with others.

New Group Swimming Lessons Pool Rules & Regulations

• Please do not enter the centre if you are showing any signs of Covid-19. 
• All visitors attending the centre must have booked/registered beforehand. 
• Customers must not arrive more than 10 minutes before their allocated swimming time 
• Members attending the centre must have their member card with them and use on the turnstile to gain access. Any other customers must report to and sign in at reception before being allowed access. 
• Whilst in the centre, to keep yourself and others safe, you must always maintain appropriate social distancing at all times and follow the one-way systems. 
• Please use all available hygiene stations provided throughout the centre. 
• When attending the centre for swimming lessons or group activities, we ask that only one parent/guardian accompany children into the changing rooms (if required) and only one parent/guardian in the viewing galleries. 
• Please arrive ‘beach ready’ to swim and wear your swimwear underneath your clothes to the swimming pool wherever possible. 
• Please reduce the amount of time spent in the changing rooms and only use the showers for rinse purposes. 
• If using the showers/toilet/washbasin facilities, please only use those made available and abide by social distancing measures to keep yourself and others safe at all times. 
• Please only use the allocated lockers available.

• During Friday night lessons the swimming pool will be closed to the public and separated into 3 lanes/groups, with a maximum of 10 swimmers per lane/group. 
• Monday – Thursday the swimming pool will be separated into 3 lanes, with a maximum of 10 swimmers in the group lessons and a maximum of 5 public swimmers in each of the other 2 lanes. 
• Swim Groups/sessions will be organised by instructors to help maximise social distancing. 
• Water fountains will not be in use and therefore you must bring your own individual water bottles with you if you require a drink during your session (Only plastic water bottles allowed). 
• Swimming aid’s and equipment will still be made available and are allowed. Please use only your equipment and do not share these with others.
